These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the adprimecapital.com website and the software tools published by Alban Bunjaki under the AD Prime Capital brand ("the Service").

By signing up to the waitlist, the user acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

AD Prime Capital provides software tools to assist in backtesting and automation of crypto-asset trading on Spot markets. Users retain full control of their exchange accounts and API keys.

No investment advice, asset management or financial intermediation is provided within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA).

Waitlist registration is free and does not commit the user to any subsequent purchase.

The user warrants the accuracy of the email address provided and consents to receive communications related to the opening of the Service.

The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws, not to attempt to compromise its security, and not to access it through unauthorized automated means.

The user remains solely responsible for securing their credentials, exchange API keys, and trading decisions made based on the tools provided.

Crypto-asset trading carries a high risk of total loss. Past performance, whether from backtests or live execution, does not predict future performance.

AD Prime Capital makes no guarantee of profits and accepts no liability for losses incurred by users.

To the extent permitted by law, AD Prime Capital shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or financial losses arising from use of the Service.

AD Prime Capital's total liability, on any basis whatsoever, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the previous twelve months — which is zero while the Service is in free waitlist phase.

All elements of the site (logo, branding, source code, content) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Alban Bunjaki.

AD Prime Capital reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

The controller of personal data is Alban Bunjaki, Rue des Saars 4, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Contact: info@adprimecapital.com.

Upon registration we collect: the email address, the preferred language (inferred from the request), a hashed (non-reversible) fingerprint of the IP address for anti-abuse purposes, the browser user agent, and a timestamp.

No other data is collected at this stage. No banking data, exchange API keys, or identity documents are requested while the Service is in the waitlist phase.

Data is used solely to: notify you of the Service opening, inform you of offer updates, and prevent form abuse (rate limiting).

No commercialization or transfer to third parties for advertising purposes is carried out.

Processing is based on the user's consent, given through explicit registration to the waitlist. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by requesting email deletion.

We use the following sub-processors, bound by confidentiality commitments equivalent to ours:

Resend (transactional email delivery) — operator based in the United States with contractual GDPR/FADP guarantees.

Hostinger (domain registration and DNS hosting) — EU-based operator.

Application hosting on a dedicated VPS, infrastructure located in the EU.

Waitlist data is retained until deletion requested by the user, or at the latest twelve months after the end of the waitlist phase.

IP fingerprints used for rate limiting are automatically purged after 24 hours.

Under the Swiss FADP, you have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion (right to be forgotten), objection to processing, and portability.

To exercise these rights, write to info@adprimecapital.com from the registered email address. We respond within 30 days.

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database encrypted at rest, accessible only via a private Docker network. Communications are encrypted with TLS 1.3.

The site uses a privacy-friendly self-hosted analytics system (Umami). No third-party tracking cookies are placed. No data is shared with advertising platforms.

Any material modification of this Policy will be notified by email to registered users.

This disclaimer is an essential complement to the Terms of Service. Anyone accessing AD Prime Capital is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the risks described below.

AD Prime Capital provides exclusively software tools to assist in analysis, backtesting and automation of crypto-asset trading.

Nothing in the Service constitutes a personalized buy or sell recommendation, investment advice, financial analysis under the Swiss FinSA, or solicitation of capital.

The user makes their own trading decisions under their sole responsibility.

The crypto-asset market is extremely volatile. A position can lose its entire value in a matter of minutes.

You can lose all of the capital invested. Never trade with an amount you cannot afford to lose.

No trading strategy, whether AI-generated, manual, or cloned from another user, guarantees profit.

Past performance (whether from historical backtests or real-world execution by other users) is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

Backtests are simulations on historical data. They do not perfectly reproduce real market conditions: slippage, variable fees, execution latency, extreme market events ("black swans"), liquidity issues.

A brilliant backtest may produce losses in real conditions. The "profitability gate" displayed in the application is informational and does not predict future behavior.

Automated trading depends on multiple systems: your VPS, the exchange API, your Internet connection. Unavailability of any of these components may result in missed orders, unclosed positions, or unexpected behavior.

You remain solely responsible for monitoring your setup and sizing your trading lines.

Exchange API keys authorize actions on your account. Configure them as read + trade only, never with withdrawal. Whitelist your VPS IP.

AD Prime Capital will never be able to initiate a withdrawal from your exchange account.

Users are solely responsible for the compliance of their trading activities with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence or citizenship (in particular taxation, declarations, restrictions on access to crypto-assets).

AD Prime Capital is not available in jurisdictions where the use of automated trading tools is restricted or prohibited.

Before using the Service, evaluate your financial situation, your risk tolerance, and your level of market knowledge. If in doubt, consult an independent licensed financial advisor.
